The Birth Story of FAIR3 and CTO
FAIR3 was born from a simple belief: the world should not be divided by unfair barriers. Whether it is technology monopolies, lack of economic opportunities, or social marginalization, we have seen too many pioneers pay the price for challenging injustice - such as Wang Xin of QVOD and Shawn Fanning of Napster. The story of FAIR3 began with a reflection on these injustices and the determination of the community to redefine fairness with technology and change the world with action.
In February 2025, FAIR3 was initially launched by developers on the Solana blockchain. But its real power comes from the (Community Take Over) CTO after developers exit the project. The community CTO stepped forward to redefine the project direction. FAIR3 was reborn in the hands of the community and became a true portrayal of the spirit of decentralization.
In March 2025, through the community voting decision, FAIR3, which is under community control, is taking a key step: bridging from Solana to BNB Chain. From the high-performance Solana ecosystem to the low cost and high liquidity of the BNB Chain, FAIR3 will bring fairness to a broader world.

FAIR3 Fair Manifesto —— Redefining Fairness, from the Community to the World We, the CTO members of FAIR3, hereby solemnly promise to build a future of technological equality, economic empowerment, and social inclusion with fairness as our belief and action as our cornerstone. We believe that fairness is not only an ideal but also the right of everyone to participate, create, and share. FAIR3 was born from the reflection on injustice and grew up with the CTO. With this declaration, we make a vow to each other and the world.
